From Corporate Credit Analyst to IB - with a twist

I've seen plenty of discussions of how to go from credit to IB when the two divisions are within the same firm. Unfortunately, while I am about a year and a half in to working at this firm, they DON'T have an IB arm. So herein lies my questions:

  1. Which banks should I be looking to jump ship to that have pretty consistent flow from credit to IB? (JPM, GS, MS, etc.)

  2. What position titles should I be looking at within that bank?

  3. Would I have to start as a first year analyst when lateraling to IB or is there some sort of fast track to associate?

Details about my position:

The first year and a half have been focused on various industries and company sizes. I've rated public investment grade public companies with over 10b in revs all the way down to small private companies with less than 100m in revs. I've done about 400 total ratings. 70% of time is focused on publicly traded companies.
