FT 2021 Screwed?

Hey all,

Was wondering what the cycle is looking like for those who are looking to direct hire into FT IB spots. I'm at semi-target/west coast target and decided to do a buy-side internship at a high profile fund (with low summer to ft conversion rates). Considering the 100% offer rates that are promised to Citi's SA 2020 class, I was wondering if I'm completely screwed if I planned on lateraling to a FT sell-side role at BB/EB/MM banks? Will this impact recruiting for ECM / S&T / ER as well?
