FT Partners London Culture and alternatives

Does anyone here have any experience with the London Office of FTP? Same culture like the US or any better? Hours during the week and on the weekends?

I was thinking about applying due to the Fintech focus and deal flow but really not sure if I want to be part of this firms culture.

On the other hand if I do not take this offer I would probably join a Big 4 firm in their M&A or FDD department, and it will probably be way harder to lateral to a BB, EB or MM Boutique. Any thoughts?

Well if you want to have a feel of their culture, every single one of their job postings (for London) says that to be considered for employment you must have received or be willing to receive the Covid vaxx.
