FULL NATTY BRAH

Coffee/soda/red bull/tea/adderall/ritalin I do not give a %* what it is. There is no better feeling than being FULL NATTY BRAH. If you rely on any of these substances to perform then you are a DRUG ADDICT. There is no getting around it. Carb up, stay hydrated, and exercise. Most people don't drink enough water (75% of Americans suffer from chronic dehydration) which contributes to why they are tired and think they need stims. You will never be more on top of your game than you are when you go FULL NATTY BRAH.

Edit: I'm talking about work productivity more than I'm talking about workout ability

I do carbs, water, and I also do coffee too. Carbs is more what you use to fuel your muscles, so you don't feel like shit moving; water keeps you hydrated and feeling loose, mentally and physically; but coffee give you that ability to zone in for like... hours. I mean HOOOURRRRSS. I literally can do 8-12 hours straight, and I do everyday (this is also on only one cup a day most days).

Coffee has antioxidants as does tea. If you're going to ax green tea, I suggest you read up on some literature.

Furthermore, how is coffee or tea not natural? It is from the earth.

What does carb up mean anyway?

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

booorrinngggggggg. That's like going through life using the limiter key on your jet ski.

pop on over to the fast lane to see how the cool kids live when you're done with the shallow end
