Full Time Job Placement

Hello, I am currently deciding between a few offers and would love any insight, and if anyone could share their progression in one of the roles. To give context, I am from ny and would love to start my career there. Long term I would like to be on the west coast and working in real estate pe or at a tech company. I am indifferent about bschool at this point, and would consider pursing to become a cfa instead. Here are the options:

A secondary real estate PE firm in Connecticut (over $15b total assets with dry powder). 6-12months as a Quant analyst, and then promote internally to a PE analyst in nyc. (Having trouble finding salary progression if anyone can help).

A boutique IB firm in atl. 2 year program in the consumer staples group (5-7 person team and works with alot of franchises) with some focus on real estate (alot of airport real estate ventures). Most people finish the rotation and go into pe or bschool.

A unique commercial banking job working exclusively with tech and life sciences companies (mostly start ups) in boston for 1.5 years then go to nyc as a vp. Seems very relationship based and you will progress from the connections you make, rather than developing a modeling skill set. Most people stay 3+ years and then do something in tech or go to bschool.
