Full-Time Recruiting
Have no Summer Analyst Experience... however, entering a MSF program this fall at school that has lots of people in IB throughout the country. Unofrtunately, I am "enrolled" yet, so their career center can't help me much and hasn't provided any IB help. By the time that rolls around, I'm afraid recruiting will be over.
My question is, Which companies (BB, MM, boutique) hire full-time analysts without being in their or another bank's SA program?? I have been networking with some banks (MS & HSBC), but they seem to only hire former SA's or laterals.
Have applied to JPM and GS but that is all I have seen so far. Please fill me in if anyone knows anything! would really appreciate the help.
