Funniest Thing You've Seen on a Client Call?

I'll kick things off. I'm sure there are some gems of ridiculous episodes that have occurred while on a client call/management call.

I was working with a boutique M&A shop, and I had been thrown onto a deal that was giving the senior guys trouble to close since the client was pretty niche and management wasn't exactly financially sophisticated. It's Friday, and we had a management call scheduled for the following Monday. However, the updated financials that the client sent our way on Friday afternoon were ultra-fucked, so naturally, I was volunteered to hash through the numbers so the VPs could review the next morning.

The short of the story is after a Friday night of accounting 101 we hop on a webcast conference call where our team, the client, and the potential buyers are all in separate offices watching the client's screen being shared as they demo the product. All is going well, until 3/4 of the way through the call, the client's computer suddenly starts loading some kid's video game called "Roblox," and the fucking logo pops up in the middle of the shared screen. All we see is the client's mouse frantically fly around the screen trying to close the game, but the logo was flashing big red letters for a good 5 seconds.

Our VP losses his shit laughing looks at me and says, "Did you fucking see that!??". All told, the deal didn't close that day...
