I dont get what you don't understand.. you clearly wrote it above: sell if price falls below x" and "buy if price rises above y

Stop loss: If the share price goes under your pre-determined level, your share sare automatically sold.

Stop-Entry : If you want to buy shares only once the SP goes over a certain price, then you put in this order. For example: Shares trading at 1$. You only want to buy if it breaks out over $1.10, so you you put a stop entry at $1.1.

Simple as that
