FY1 vs NTM Multiples
I was informed that the difference between FY1 and NTM multiples is that FY1 multiples include potential acquisitions, divestitures or any other transaction along those lines whereas NTM multiples exclude these transactions. Can someone confirm? Also, are there other differences?
FY1 means 2019 if you're at any point in FY2018, but NTM means the next 4 quarters.
