Gas Station + Fast Food Franchise real estate development?
Does anybody's firm development Gas Stations with Franchised fast food? I heard IRRs are close to 50% on these types of development. Obviously, gas stations + franchised fast food aren't quite "real estate" and could classify as more of a business if you run them rather then just lease them out.
