GE EFS vs PNC Capital Markets: which offer is better?

Greetings,

I am a graduating senior with two offers on the table
1.GE's Energy Finance Services(Stamford, CT

  1. PNC Capital Markets (Cleveland,OH)

I would like to hear your opinion on each and which one is the best in today's market. For background most of my past experiences have been in Sales & Trading Fixed Income side (2 internship with UBS). Also I desire a analyst program that will provide the best skill sets and experience, that will allow me to move across the banking spectrum.

I have listed details also about each below:

1.) GE Energy Financial Services- GE Energy Financial Services' experts invest globally across the capital spectrum in essential, long-lived and capital-intensive energy assets that meet the world's energy needs. Members of the Analyst program will rotate each year gaining broad experience through roles in underwriting, Asset Management and regulatory compliance. More specifically, members can gain experience in the following areas: structuring, modeling, forecasting, due diligence, documentation, closing of transactions, portfolio management, pricing, and market research. Our Energy portfolio includes natural resources, renewable energy and power.

2.)PNC Capital Markets- A one- year rotational program where analysts rotate through Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and the Financial Institutions Group. Upon completion of the one-year rotation, analysts are evaluated for placement within one of these lines of business and assigned a geographic location.

Thank you for all of your thoughts!!
