GE FMP 2nd Round Interview
Hi everyone,
After submitting my resume and then having a 30-minute behavioral / informational phone interview I received an email of being asked back to a second round for GE's Financial Management Development Program.
Has anyone gone through the recruiting process for this specific program before?
If so, what is the second round interview like? Is it again all behavioral? Are there any cases or technical questions and if so how should I prepare?
Also, what type of interview is it - 1:1, panel, presentation?
Finally, how long does the recruiting process take? Is the second round the final round and if so when will I hear of an offer or not?
Thank you guys for your input! Your advice is very helpful in my preparations!
Is this EMEA or America? The process differs a bit depending on the location I think

GE FMP Internship, Interview Help
Hey is there any former/current GE FMPs out there who has been through the summer internship and can provide some insight on the interviewing process? I'm interested in how the summer internship is structured and what type of responsibilities you get. How does it compare to the two year rotational program? What business were you placed, and what was your experience like? Please provide some advice if you can. Thank you!
Hey BT,
Do you mind sharing what school you go to? I applied this year through the website and haven't heard anything back.
In addition, is there a recruiter's email address that you have that I can contact?
Only do it if you can get into the financial services side and not a random audit in some random town. GE is notorious for underpaying at the younger levels. Company is good if your from a non target.
