General HireVue Help

Does anybody have any tips for being less awkward sounding/more natural in HireVue videos? I come off as so robotic and artificial in them and my answers always sound so cringey compared to if I was asked the same questions in an in-person or phone interview.

don't have preworded answers or anything written down. if you know your stuff and are confident in yourself just free ball then answers and they will be less robotic, more natural, and all around better

What Twizz said above but also remember that everyone is in the same boat with those- if it's something about the audio through the site, everyone will suffer the same. They know that, don't worry about it and my advice would be to not listen to your answers if you think the question went well.

if you are a girl like id def like recommend dressing nice and showing off a bit like lower top and stuff because if a VP watches this video he'll probably like that
