General interview preperation
What are some specific resources that will prepare me for interviews in general? There are threads which list what to expect in IB interviews but what are some books/articles that will help in answering those types of behavioral questions.
Hey LifeIsGood7, what a lonely thread. I'm here since nobody responded ...so maybe one of these discussions will help:

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
I recommend the WSO IB Interview Guide as well as the Breaking into Wall Street Behavioral Interview Guide.
.
If you google "400 questions for investment banking" there is a PDF of the BIWS questions list. Go through it and mentally sketch out a rough answer to each. I would have at least 5-6 example scenarios ready to go (ie during x project... the time when I worked on y team..) which you can then adapt what parts you say depending on the question that is asked.
IMO a lot of the questions are based on follow ups to these basic "tell me about a time when" stories, so make sure you can also speak to what went well during each project/what didn't, your specific role, team dynamics, etc.
A lot of technical questions didn't "click" for me until I built a 3 statement model and DCF myself. This helps you really see how all the lingo you're memorizing works in practice. I'd recommend A Simple Model - lots of great free videos with excel sheets to work through.
