Genius Idea: Army Style Barracks Within The IB

The IBs should build barracks within their offices for the interns/employees to sleep in if they want to sleep there instead of getting their own place. If I were able to get an internship in banking, I would definitely rather sleep at the bank. I would be a lot more productive and could work more hours.

Like this:

or they could do bunk beds, would be more cost effective that way.

had to search for a bit to find the picture below, the first pics that come up when you search 'barracks bunk beds' are from a concentration camp (which is definitely not what I had in mind when I started this thread)

Nah. HR come straight out of the Ivy League safe spaces, they'd never allow an environment that perpetuates toxic masculinity, emotionally unsafe work environment, gender stereotypes and imbalance.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

Lol. No one in HR came straight out of an ivy league school. Targets for HR are more in the realm of Big 10/SEC schools (excluding the good ones obviously, i.e., Northwestern and Vanderbilt)
