Georgia Tech CS vs IE | Which is better for IB?

Hello,

I am an incoming student at GaTech and have to decide between doing CS or IE. I wish to go into IB/PE after graduation, so which major will better prepare me or this industry? Also wish to have skills for possibly going into fin-tech as well.

What major/minor combo would you recommend? IE/finance, IE/CS...? And if IE, which track is optimal?

IE does seem appealing to me but I am also interested in doing a bit more machine learning then it allows.

Thanks.
