The world will look to Germany and Canada for leadership as the political status-quo is upended across the West, U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden said ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Came across this article where Joe Biden mentioned that people will start looking at Canada and Germany. Considering the amount of instability happening across Europe and Trump taking office soon (which is arguably going to cause some mayhem), Germany and Canada might actually appear to be the most stable and apt leader for now.
