Getting Big 4 Firm to pay for MBA program

I am a senior at a public university beginning my career in a Big 4 MC role. I am planning on taking my GMAT's this summer before my start date this October, and am curious if anyone has had any experience with having a firm pay for (or subsidize their MBA.)

If so, how does one go about communicating that to the firm? Is this advantageous in regards to job opportunities after graduation?

Any insights at all would be appreciated.
