Getting into finance late CS major
I just graduated with a CS degree from a top school (Ivy but not HYP), but I'm more interested in finance than SWE or the like. Of course, I have almost no experience (a couple Econ + accounting classes, no finance internship), although I'm trying to learn on my own with books/online courses. It's late in the game, but is there any feasible route to get to traditional, front-office financial analyst roles (I don't really care about the distinction between BB/PE/IB/HF or industry, just interested in finance)? Network a ton / shoot my resume out? Master's in Finance? A tech role at a financial firm and then transition?
