Getting recruiter or company to look at me.

I am a 17 year General Electric (GE) ex-employee and a Global Business Development transaction leader with 14 years of experience that has executed over 150 transactions (divestitures, JV’s, acquisitions and IPO’s) valued over $115B. I have broad industry experience across multiple sectors in oil & gas, medical, entertainment, aviation, power generation, financial (banks, credit cards, loan services), IPO’s. I was part of the core team from diligence, management presentations, signing , closing and integration or de-integration. My expertise is getting from signing to closing out the transaction.. it may be 6 weeks or 24 months.

It is just hard for me to understand with my experience I cant get anyone to look at me. I have more experience that the E&Y, KPMG team members that were working for me and I cant even get these guys to talk to me.

The only issue I see is I do not have a finished degree (40 credits 30 of these are BA courses). I understand company want this as a baseline.. But when does experience supersede it . I don't know the number of MBA grads I have sat across from negotiating contracts and defining integration strategies that were no smarter than me.
