Getting the Full-time offer - we need advice!

I will be an investment banking SA at a MBB starting in a few weeks, and I am wondering what needs to be done to get the fulltime offer? I am a generally likeable guy, I play a D1 sport, I get good grades, etc. but I know that everyone else I'll be working with is like that too, if not more so.

Potential questions: How do I stand out? Do I want to stand out? Should I be studying something now to get a head start? I heard about 80% of SAs get FT offers. Will that be different given the market this year?

Those are just a few questions to get things started. Any advice would be very very appreciated.

disclaimers: 1. I know a version of this question was posted a few months ago, but I think it is really important to hear some of the thoughts again and get new thoughts, maybe tailored to the current market. 2. I'm not some kid who worries all day about getting the FT offer and making it big. I just figure that a bunch of us have gotten this far and none of us want to screw it up now.

Thanks everyone.
