Ghosted by Goldman Sachs recruiter after taking 18 hours to respond to her email

On Tuesday night, I received an email from someone in Goldman Sach’s HR inviting me to a brief conversation about a particular opportunity. She asked me for my availability in the following two days (Wednesday and Thursday). Because of my work schedule the following morning, I did not get a chance to read the email until the early afternoon on Wednesday. I responded right away on Wednesday and gave her the times I will be available to speak on Thursday. I haven’t heard from her again. I reached out to her by email once more earlier today, and so far, I still haven’t heard a word from her. What might this mean?

Wait it out, but with the bunch of apps they ahve to sift through if you can't take 30 seconds to write out a response it prolly doesn't reflect well as a potential intern. I know it's stupid but it is what it is

But I mean, I responded in the early afternoon the day after. It’s not like I waited a few days before replying
