Does anyone know how much GIC / Temasek and other sovereign wealth funds of their caliber pay their PE associates? Specifically direct investments (technically co-investments since they can only do minority investments in the US).
How does the pay increase as you get promoted to senior associate / VP / principal, etc? I know they can't give any carry, so do they pay higher cash comp then regular buyout firms?
