GMAT needed for H/S in context of profile

First time poster, so please forgive any formality errors.
To keep it brief: I'm looking to apply to Bschool in the next 1-3 years and wanted to get a sense of what my chances are at H/S. In particular, given banking hrs and lack of study time, what minimum gmat score I can afford to get to still be competitive for H/S.

My background:
undergrad 3.9 STEM major from HYPSM
currently a 2nd-year IB analyst at one of GS FIG/GS TMT/MS M&A
likely solid recommendation letters but nothing out of this world
no significant ECs beyond the usual student clubs in undergrad, nor particularly compelling story
would a ~700 GMAT cut it, or is that too low? In general does the GMAT score carry more weight than the Ugrad GPA?

Other options would be trying to get into buyside for ~2 yrs before applying to bschool. Welcome any and all thoughts.
