GMAT or CFA level 1 to prep for MSc B-school?

I'm looking to take masters in finance (UK), currently finishing 2nd year undergrad going into final year, I'm on the fence between taking the CFA Lvl 1 exam (which I'd be able to take in Dec), or GMAT. What would strengthen my application more?

GMAT is almost always mandatory (if you are targeting a good programme and if you are not pursuing your Bscin UK ). CFA is not.

Point made, good news I guess since the GMAT syllabus is less intensive as the CFA

Well, I think that the gmat is tougher. The CFA May be more theoretical, with a broader syllabus compared to the gmat, but it is easier imho. Are you a native eng speaker? Which uni are you attending atm?

The GMAT will likely be mandatory and you will need to perform well. By passing CFA Level I, you are demonstrating a commitment to pursuing a career in finance which should present well. So, the CFA will STRENGTHEN your application and will serve you well in your career moving forward. GMAT is required.
