GMAT Question - Any advice is appreciated
Hey all,
Quick question about the GMAT. I recently graduated from undergrad (May 07) and have been thinking about taking the GMAT in a few months. I've scored well on practice exams and want to get it out of the way. I know scores are good for 5 years, but is there a disadvantage to doing this from an admissions perspective? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
if you score well now then it will actually benefit you. if you work for like four years and apply then with a good GMAT score from an undergrad level then it'll help.
there shouldn't be any disavantage to taking it now. it's the score that matters.
best to take it while still close to being in college becaues you will forget stuff a few years down the line. If you have scored well go for it!
The only disadvantage I can see is that it could expire before you use it (5 years). Go for it if you're up to the task.
