GMAT Score on Resume for on-cycle PE recruiting
I am an incoming IBD analyst at a top BB group looking to recruit on-cycle this fall. Currently have my SAT score (2350+) listed on my resume. I recently scored a 740 on the GMAT and wanted to ask if it would be appropriate to list this on my resume. Do some PE firms look down on individuals already looking at B school before they start their associate stints? Would appreciate any advice.

First off, congrats on the great SAT and GMAT scores! Assuming a good GPA, you shouldn't have a problem securing many PE interviews.
I would put your GMAT on your resume. Many of the larger funds require you to go to B-School after their 2 year program before you become a VP, so they will see a 740 as a plus. If you interview at a fund that doesn't require B-School, you can frame your decision to write the GMAT as wanting to keep your doors open, but you're currently leaning against it.

Is there an issue if someone did pretty well but not great on ACT/SAT (28-32 range) for PE recruiting, specifically UMM and MFs?
