Goldman Sachs Structured Equity Group Interview
Hi everyone, have an upcoming first round interview with goldman's IBD structured equity group. From the job description, they structure/execute financings via convertible securities / equity derivatives / private placements / SPACs / etc. Anyone have any other info on the interview process / rep / culture / hours / exit opps / whether comp is in line with "traditional" IB groups? I know it varies according to the candidate, but what types of buyside shops would be realistic exits?
Did a search but wasn't able to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
