Goldman Sachs v Evercore SA

Hi All,

Been reading for a long time and finally made an account. Have been really struggling with this so would love for any opinions.

I have offers for 2019 at GS IBD and Evercore M&A in NY and am very much struggling to choose between the two. For a little bit more detail, the GS offer is for their financing group (very likely lev fin). I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity and enjoyed the people at both firms too.

Particularly with the GS offer, I might be looking at classics groups and as a follow up may be interested in transferring internally, but would love your thoughts on this and appreciate it. Perhaps looking at something outside of finance long term if that helps.

Thanks a bunch
