Goldman Superday- Operations

Hey guys- I have my Goldman Sachs Operations superday/ in person interview on Tuesday and am wondering what to expect. Multiple GS sources of mine have told me that Goldman focuses on more behavioral type questions than technical, especially for Operations, but obviously am trying to get a better sense as to what types of questions I should prepare for.

Out of curiosity...GS Ops pays 55K + 10K Signing right? How about Bonuses? Growth potential? For example, if one were to be in Operations at GS for 3-5 years...would salary increase or would it only change when you become VP or Ops Manager?

Just wondering because I am seeking an internship at a BB Ops firm...and I know (I think I know) Goldman pays the most.

For Citi superday during undergrad:

It was all behavioral and resume questions. Why Citi, why ops, why finance, strength/weaknesses, walk me through your resume, etc.

For JPM as an experienced hire:

All experience based. Dove into all my experience and whether it aligned with the what was needed in the new role. I came recommended from a senior person though, so a lot of the interview was them trying to convince me to join.
