Got any chances at top MFin?

I am quite new to this forum and maybe do not understand some things, that are pretty clear for others here, but I got 1 question(it has been asked many times, but still cant figure out for myself)

I want to enroll into MFin program in 2015, and start seeking programs now. Currently aiming for top ones, but not sure if I got proper chances of getting into them.I aim mainly for US

I am currently a math major at top-1 university in Russia. GPA is VERY low (3,8/5 in our system so around 3.0 in us system). I am the head of the group in university(actually this is nothing in our country, but probably it has some value in US). I do not have a lot of extracurricular activities, but planning to enter mathematical finance program in my university next year(if i manage to get in). Also got 1 year of experience as a business analyst in largest system integration company in my country and now doing internship in big-4 S&O consulting(financial services) and it will last until next summer(totally more than a year). In summer 2014 i am looking to do SA in BB(if i manage to get in) or some equal program at top russian IB firms. Also think of getting lvl 1 CFA in a year or 2. So by the time of graduation i will have around 3 years of work experience. Currently got 112/120 TOEFL IBT score and think that 700+ GMAT will not be a big deal for me.

So the question is: What are my chances of getting in top MFin programs? Will my low GPA and lack of extracurricular make my application really bad or it can be outweighted by work experience and test scores probaby?

Forgot to add. My degree at 2015 will be 5-year specialist degree(it is specifically russian I think) and it is something between Bachelor and masters.

Thank you in advance.
