Got dinged at Lazard may have to suffer the consequences

So it turns out I will most likely get dinged from Lazard because I accidentally spelled Lazard as "Lizerd" on my cover letter. I have learned from my experience but holy crap I am somewhat sad. The consequences I have to suffer is really horrible.

I found out that only offer I got was at UBS. My eyes are red, sore and teary. I cant believe I really messed up my opportunity to join a Elite Boutique because of a stupid mistake. Now hear I am working at another small no named boutique I mean Bulge Bracket bank, Union Banking of Switzerland. The experience probably be Cowen Group all over again but without the deals.

This is not a cry for pity this is all my fault.

Remember attention to detail is everything.

Anyone offering methods of coping with my failure?

Regards,
Incoming UBS 1st year Associate

It's your fault.

Back when Bear Stearns was around I was asked to spell the name. I didn't stutter.

Laughing at person who has to do time another lesser known no name boutique isn't really that funny, I advise you to be respectful when giving advice because you don't know when your career is going to take a U turn.

I would like to keep all of that information classified for my personal reasons.

Hopefully not UBS Wealth Management

I was in a rush, because I was sending multiple cover letters at night.

Its ok, I did the same thing with GS. I typed 'Goldman Sucks'. GS was pissed, but JP was real happy to meet me.

I'm going to say you're a very weak troll. No way you could be an IB associate at BB with this level of grammar, spelling, and style. Also going to bargain that you're young and English isn't your first language based on the structure of your comments.

The consequences I have to suffer is really horrible. (are really horrible)

Now hear I am working at another small no named boutique I mean Bulge Bracket bank, Union Banking of Switzerland. (structurally, what is "now hear", and then you've inserted what looks like mimicking a verbal slip, which wouldn't make sense in a sentence. You can't accidentally call UBS a no-named boutique mid-sentence and then correct it like you misspoke. You were typing it. Unless you used Siri maybe)

My eyes are red, sore and teary. (doesn't sound like a native speaker, would never see this inserted into a post)

This is not a cry for pity this is all my fault. (two sentences stuck together with no punctuation)

but holy crap I am somewhat sad. (but you're crying? also awkward phrasing)

Union Banking of Switzerland - this isn't the name of the firm where you are allegedly employed

Your username is a common Anglophone name, so I'm not going to give you a pass and say this is a bad translation, and even if it were, the written "slip-up" among other comments make this is a troll.

Sorry bud. Please prove me wrong, and I'll take it back and tell my college intern to apply for an associate spot at UBS in your group.
