GPA drop after accepting SA offer and need to send an updated resume . Need your advice!!!!

Fortunately, I secured an internship in October. Due to recruiting and big family issues, my GPA dropped significantly. I had around 2.9 last semester. My college has two cumulative GPA's, one for b school and another one for pre-b school. My b school GPA is shit (2.8) and I had a 3.6 college GPA when I applied. I transferred after freshman year from a semi-target school and had 3.78 there. I know I will get at least 3.8+ this semester and I am taking 21 credits and I know I can make my b school GPA 3.48 if I get 3.8+. The bank is asking for my UPDATED RESUME and they will ask for more onboarding stuff in upcoming weeks. I am so scared to send my resume. What should I do? Like I didn't lie or anything and don't want to. How can I nicely frame my shitty GPA until my new GPA comes in May? They will probably do background checks and this drop with raise a huge red flag. Also, what do they check/ask in the onboarding process? Thanks for the help.

It's so much higher but still little below 3.5. Will my updated resume be passed to analyst /associates at the bank as soon it's is sent or are they going to wait until the summer ? I am just so embarrassed about it and don't want anyone to see it. If it's after May then I can send them the ok resume. Thanks

Thanks. How is the onboarding process like for IB firm? Last summer I had to do fingerprint/urine test. I interned at a non-IB firm though. Will my updated resume be passed to analyst /associates at the bank as soon it's is sent or are, they going to wait until the summer? I am just so embarrassed about it and don't want anyone to see it and don't it to jeopardize FT offer. Thanks again..
