GPA Split

I'm wondering this since a lot of IBs have resume drops that are pretty easy to submit to.

A lot of posts talk about resume with GPAs that are too low (<3.5). In an average pile of resume, what would the split of >3.5 and <3.5 resumes be?

Alternatively, in a submitted pile of resumes, what's the split between qualified and unqualified applicants, just based on resume alone?

Are you serious? What GPA would you recommend then at least? And I go to a target too, if that helps
