Graduate Trainee vs Analyst title

Hi, I'm a Graduate Trainee in a FO position. It's a common entry level position in some European banks in both Europe and Asia. The position is equivalent to Analyst roles at other banks. For me, Graduate Trainee sounds more like an internship than a FT position.

Since they are the same in level but not title, would having a Graduate Trainee position on my resume be looked at less favourably than the Analyst title? I'm looking to lateral and some banks don't use the trainee title.

And since they're equivalent, would it be frowned upon for me to put Analyst on my resume instead of Graduate Trainee?

Use both, e.g. Analyst/Graduate Trainee?

“Destiny is a gift. Some go their entire lives, living existences of quiet desperation, never learning the truth that what feels as though a burden pushing down upon their shoulders is really a sense of purpose that lifts us to greater heights. Never forget that fear is but the precursor to valor, that to strive and triumph in the face of fear is what it means to be a hero. Don’t think. Become.”

I would put the trainee title. It won't sound off to recruiters, especially if this is a structured program where it's very clear what you're doing in your role. Also much easier to deal with for bg checks to have the contract title. It's also not exactly an uncommon title, as you've said. For example, I'm in commodities and a large proportion of graduate level roles are called trainees.
