Graduation Date

I just completed my first year of college at a US university and have a boutique IB internship lined up for this summer. I'm aiming for MM or BB SA for next summer. Although next year will technically be my second year (making my graduation on a regular track sometime in 2015) I came in with plenty of credits and will be regarded as a junior by my school.

At this point, I'm unsure when I actually will graduate; it's dependent on whether or not I decide to participate in the combined degree program. Can I bump my graduation year up one year on my resume to reflect the fact that this is a possibility knowing that I very well may be in school a full 4 years? During the interview process for my current internship one of the interviewers outlined the fact that I was very young and I don't want that to hurt my chances at bigger and better things for next summer.

Thanks in advance!
