At analyst level I don’t think you need to expect anything technical, you just need to show that you are a likable and intelligent person during the conversation
And one thing, understand what GSE does, understand the secondary market in general, what is GSE’s mission (provide liquidity etc.) , its all on the website

But, what I am concerned is that, the hiring manager told me that the interview process is going to be 2 hour long. Any idea what type of interview that may be?
probably just chat with people from the team, if you are interviewing at Freddie Mac, analyst is the very entry level, basically for people just out of college, and trust me there will be zero expectation on anything technical, they will just ask you behavior questions and what you know about Freddie mac
