Anybody who has been through it post-covid, what is it like? Is it insanely technical? Any suggestions for studying beyond the typical M&I 400 guide/DCF/LBO?
My SA first round was pretty technical and then super day was a mix of behaviorals and technicals. They asked a lot of What would you do if… questionsz
Pre-covid I am told it was standard across groups. Mine consisted of 5 themed rooms (resume/background, markets, brainteaser/math, accounting, Q&A) 20 minutes each - they were all fairly straightforward; accounting a but tougher than r1, markets req. a stock pitch and I somehow walked myself into pitching two, Q&A is just you asking Qs to a couple people in the group.
