I have an upcoming interview with Harrison Street for a summer analyst position this upcoming summer. I'm just curious to hear about any technicals I should be expecting. I truly have no idea what to study outside of cap rates. I am a liberal arts major if that helps.

Yeah doesn’t help at all. What questions should I expect?
Pretty basic, non-technical interview process. Very much a fit kind of interview. Have some good questions and talk about the culture / what they like to do outside of work + the company events (lot of social outreach/community oriented events).
Just know the platform and be able to talk about one or two of the asset classes that interest you. If you have deal experience, good, just keep it high level and don't bullshit (how you get trapped).
Emphasize the growth they've had over the years and the expansion of offices and funds. Alternatives as a sector is hot right now with a lot of new capital/funds raised within the last year. COVID was a test of their recessionary resilient strategy, so could ask them how their investment thesis held up during COVID (what went well, what went south)
What type of technicals do you think they would ask?
I have two back to back interviews so I'm assuming one is behavioral and one is technical. Who knows though. Both could be behavioral.
