Harvard Extension vs. European Masters

Hi all!

I have been reading up on the Harvard Extension School and found out that a graduate level degree from there is somewhat looked down upon, as it signals that the candidate couldn't get into the "real" Harvard. I am wondering how an online degree from HES would compare against an equivalent on-campus masters from one of those tuition-free European univiersities. Any thoughts? If you had a choice, which one would you pick and why?

Which European Unis? There are a ton out there....

Regardless of which European Uni you're looking at, any degree from HES is not looked up very highly by those who know HES or who went to Harvard.

European unis such as the ones in Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and so on. The ones I've been looking into are tuition-free with open enrollment.

HES is open enrollment too, except it's not for free. So I am just trying to decide which would be a better option in terms of employability and prospects.

Stay away from HES, it will not do a single thing for you and will only make you look like a clown if you include it on your linkedin/resume. Go do something real
