Have an on-site modeling/writing interview next week with an equity research firm, any tips?

The test will be 90 minutes long and involve modeling and writing an earnings report for an industrial company. My guess is that they'll give me a model and earnings data, have me update the model, finish the dcf, and write an earnings note (page or two). Anyone who's been through this, if you have any tips or resources it would be much appreciated.

Edit: I have a good earnings report template that I'm going to follow, mostly concerned about the modeling. I have experience, but definitely rusty. Anybody have a template that works quarterly data into an annual model?
