Have not dated a girl in 4 years. problem with me?

I am a third-world immigrant, come from a very orthodox background - went to an all boys high school, never drank or did drugs due to family situation. Culture that I grew up in was a closed black box. I worked very hard through college, lived through scholarships and worked part-time on weekends. Dated 2 girls in my senior year, failed the relationships due to lack of commitment and priorities. I got a job at a big 4 after graduating in finance magna cum laude, was transferred to states post 6 months.
It's been 4 years since I have moved up the corporate ladder. I tried my hand at dating using Tinder ( didn't like the idea), fail to initiate conversations with girls at a club/bar, mostly because I don't drink and feel like an outlier. I don't feel morally right picking up drunk teenagers, though some have agreed.
Is there something wrong with me or are there people in the same boat as me - Lonely, single but modestly rich! Looking for suggestions.

Excuse me if my English is not grammatically correct.

Girls don’t really care about your money if you’re not fun or interesting. Think about how boring it would be if you had $10mil in the bank but all you did was clock in at work, play video games on the weekend, and let your money collect interest. Even great looks may be unable to save you in that scenario

What are some things you can do to make life more fulfilling outside of working and dating? Answer that question, act on it, and the dating thing will take care of itself
