Have Not Gotten Bonus Numbers Yet
Hi everyone - quick market test. Just finished up my first year as an analyst. The few other friends I have who work in banking (also first years) have already gotten their bonus numbers for the year. My firm hasn’t given out numbers yet. Is anyone else in my boat or is my firm late to the dance?
My bank is also late to the dance. I’ve heard other banks have held out to this point as well. My guess is they are all scared of paying above / below market compared to direct peers so they’re waiting it out.

our shop is always a little late, so no delay on our part, think actually finding out earlier than PY, but still a couple weeks away
