Have to build a complex and dynamic loan amortization table for REIT PE excel test. Help?
Hi everyone,
I have an excel test in a couple of days that will require me to build an amortization table from the perspective of a borrower. I have to include things like an interest only period in the loan, loan constant, figure out an accurate interest rate (divide by the amount days or something), balloon payments, and essentially make it dynamic. I am expected to use if statements and such throughout. Sorry if I am all over the place as some of these are new concepts. Does anyone have a guide/template for a complex amortization table like this? This all for an internship position.
