GloCap does some of these type searches, in NYC for sure. There are some on the RE Alert List that do more junior type recruiting, but most firms don't need to hire an agency, they just post on LinkedIn, campus job sites, and Indeed. They will get tons of qualified applicants.
Headhunters are generally valuable for senior level and high specialized roles, especially if they want to hire experienced people and need to contact people not looking for jobs actively.
