Hedge FoF Job Offer: Co-Investment Team

All,

First post here and brand new member to the community, currently find myself in an interesting situation and could not find a better place to try and find some advice. In short, I've been working in Corp Fin for 3 years after UG, first at F500 tech company and then for a top alt asset manager in NYC. My goal has always been to get to the Investment side and after 6 months of an interview process have finally landed an offer for an Investment Associate on the co-investment team at a top Hedge FoF in NYC (~$25bn in AUM)...I couldn't find any up to date salary info for HF FoF but was curious what a respectable base salary would be for this type of role / expected bonus? Should I even bother negotiating or just take the offer and prove my worth? Any guidance would be super helpful, thanks in advance
