Hedge funders unite! Help and advice needed.

I have a question for the hedge funders or anyone else on this site who has thoughts/ experience to share.

I have read on some opportunistic yet fundamental investment companies/ groups. They take incredible trust and effort to develop the potential of each of the analysts to be good investors in broad fields in a cohesive environment.

Do these still exist these days?
If so, from your view, any suggestions who may be good to approach? (ex Investor, funds, family offices) Prestige and size is not the issue.

I have generalist experience from a fundamental investment fund (multi asset) from NYC, then based in Asia. Not an Ivy but I eat and breathe investing and companies enough to bore everyone else around me. I also dont put as much trust in financial models, capm and beta enough that the usual institutions would like. I embrace volatility and concentrated investing.

Just write blackhat, ravenous, bondarb, mr pink money and white hat and they can give the best advice. Wish I could be more help, love.
