help me decide on an undergrad school

my goals:
If I went to UNC, I would aim for investment banking in Charlotte or NYC and settle for corporate finance.
If I went to USC, I would aim for investment banking in LA or NYC and settle for corporate finance or big 4 accounting.
At the other 3 options, I would probably aim for big 4 accounting. I have enough college credit that I wouldn't need to get my MAcc.

my options
UNC Chapel Hill - $130k total; graduate w/ $40k debt
USC - $140k total; graduate w/ $50k debt
Boston University - $105k total; graduate with $25k debt
Baruch - Free plus a Macbook Pro and a $7.5k summer stipend
Temple - Free plus an $8k summer stipend

I'd be attending UNC, USC, and Boston University for 3 years because I have enough college credits from AP tests to graduate early and I want to save money. At UNC, I would major in business with a concentration in finance; at the other schools, I would major in accounting.

If I go to Temple, my dad will put aside $12k per year in a savings account for me and I will graduate with $48k to spend however I please, along with whatever I save from working throughout college since he will be paying for housing, food and textbooks. If I go to Baruch, the same thing applies, except he will be putting aside $9k per year for me.

Also, if I go to Baruch, I will already have an internship at a prominent marketing firm available for me because my friend will hook me up. I'm not really interested in marketing, but it's a paid internship and I lack work experience. My friend has a lot of connections in NYC and I know that if I go to NYC, he would definitely introduce me to the right people. I don't know if that gives Baruch a significant advantage over the other options though.

I know that UNC and USC are significantly better than the other 3; what I don't know is if the ROI is high enough to make them worth the cost. I also have a little sister (2 year age difference) and I don't want to suck up all the money lol. Please give me advice on what you guys would do in my situation.

I would probably roll with USC. 50k debt is not a lot. I can't speak to the situation with your sister at all though! So i would decide between USC and Temple. Baruch would suck out additional money because of NYC location. So either go best school or cheapest option.
