[Help~~] Morgan Stanley investment mgmt interview...

Got an 2nd round onsite interview from Morgan Stanley investment management for a data analyst position. I first took the phone interview, and learned that they want someone to help them retrieve data from reports and other sources. They said this onsite interview is gonna last 4 hours. Since they only asked for someone who knows well about macroeconomics, SQL and VBA, how can they test these in 4 hours? Do they have something like an exam? Or they will only ask questions? Any suggestion and tips will be greatly appreciated!!!
