Help on my college list!

Hello fellow WSO posters, I am going through the process of transferring from a community college after finishing my AA in Finance. I have attempted to look through multiple different postings but with gaps in years, info I have found myself struggling to find an idea of which unis to prioritize.

A little about me
Florida Community college Transfer hopeful
GPA: 3.81
completed 60 credits so will be applying as a Junior transfer.
SAT : Old Format 2000 (translate to 1410 in new format)
ACT: 32
Career Aspirations: I am not quite sure which field I would enjoy due to lack of experience but like the idea of being involved in private equity, and having that focus on developing and growing a company.

Location: Id be fine with working in most places however do have a preference for warmer climates and not being constantly layered to fight a blizzard.

My issue is that as a junior transfer many universities would require me to be in residence for a semester or two before applying to the business school at risk of being rejected, or simply do not allow an internal transfer after having been a transfer student. Based on this
I have assembled this list of universities to transfer to. I would appreciate any constructive feedback, as this is all very new to me

Columbia (hoping that legacy status might help)
Cornell
Georgetown
Upenn (Non Wharton)
NYU ( Non Stern)
Northwestern
Vanderbilt
Notre Dame
USC
Boston College
Carnegie mellon
UT Austin
Villanova
Rutgers

Schools that don't directly admit to business school or are dependent on a separate individual program(likely requiring 1-2 extra semester)-
Emory
University of Michigan
University of Virginia
UNC
Penn State
Illinois Uni

University of Florida is my safety school. Whereas I would be able to save a lot on tuition costs, it does not seem UF is a target school for any BB.

Any help deciding would be very appreciated.
